Best practice from Midnight Communications
Criterion Partnership, a Brighton based business psychology consultancy, appointed Midnight in September 2005 to devise and implement a communications strategy.
The objectives of the PR initiative were to promote the company’s bespoke services to specific market sectors including financial, public, retail, recruitment and human resource audiences.
In addition, PR needed to raise awareness of Criterion’s corporate personality, positioning the directors and spokespeople as experts with a unique approach to the fields of human resources and recruitment.
Criterion’s PR objectives posed a serious challenge to Midnight. In a market full of companies claiming to coach, motivate and recruit suitable employees, Criterion wanted to sell its bespoke and contemporary approach.
The PR campaign needed to communicate Criterion’s successful approach to the growing HR and recruitment sector to attract new business enquiries.
Director of Criterion Partnership, Alan Redman, said, “Midnight has really enabled us to define our unique profile in a crowded market place. II have been impressed they demonstrated a real understanding of our business and bespoke approach to business psychology.
“Midnight generated some great results and we were able to use the media coverage to approach new clients and drive sales.”
