Instant Access case study
Client: Instant Access
Agency: Harrison Troughton Wunderman
Instant Access is a property club where members pay premium subscriptions in return for opportunities to buy property off-plan. It aimed to target cold prospects made up of sales directors of the biggest construction companies such as Barratts, Bovis and Bryants Homes.
Instant Access visited local council planning websites and downloaded the actual plans that each of the construction companies were building to. These were then sent to Sales Directors with ‘SOLD’ stickers attached to every plot of building land, together with a letter explaining how Instant Access could offer them an immediate sale across the development.
Some 15 per cent of Sales Directors who received the mailing asked for a sales appointment. Of those, 21 per cent agreed to sell their properties via Instant Access. Based on the three percent that Instant Access charges its members at completion, the revenue gained was £1.08 million, a ROI of 32:1.
