January 2008 sees the arrival of three senior research staff at Maven Research, part of the Munro Global Group.
Natalie Allen has re-joined Maven as Associate Director specialising in the automotive sector, following two and a half years as Research Manager on the General Motors Europe account at Maritz Research.
Natalie brings with her several years experience in quantitative research and analysis gained during her 5 years at Gamma Associates and 3 years spent previously at Maven Research.
Natalie reports to Amanda Potter, Research Director, whose extensive automotive expertise has proved invaluable to Maven during her 9 years at the company. The automotive team are currently working on a number of customer satisfaction studies with clients such as Daimler Chrysler, Citroën and Peugeot.
Ursula Oberembt has joined as Senior Research Executive, overseeing customer satisfaction on the DaimlerChrysler account. Ursula graduated from the University of Goettingen in her native Germany, with a Master of Science degree in Agriculture with market research bias.
She was previously a Research Executive at Produkt und Markt GmbH & Co in Germany where she co-ordinated quantitative multi-country surveys.
Benjamin Trump has also joined as Senior Research Executive working within the utilities sector and on ad-hoc projects throughout the business. He was previously a Client Manager at AC Nielsen where he gained 3 ½ years’ experience working within the FMCG arena.
His experience includes brand research and analytical insights on both continuous and panel data. Ben’s experience of continuous research makes him a valuable member of the Maven utilities team, who carry out continuous studies on behalf of energy suppliers.
