Fast growing management and consultancy company the Cordovan Group has today announced a move to further establish itself in the UK with the acquisition of London-based digital media agency Vision 360 Ltd.
Vision 360 will merge with Cordovan Group’s existing UK company that specialises in branding communications consultancy and collaborative media and will operate under the name Cordovan Ltd. Marketing both digital and branding solutions the new combined company will have a vital role to play in the group’s expansion plans across Europe. In its next phase it is planned that the UK company will offer the full range of capabilities within the Cordovan Group – including those offered by Cordovan Marketing, Cordovan Academy, Cordovan Value Management and Cordovan Performance.
Vision 360 is a future-thinking digital media agency that works with new media technology. Its client list includes well known brands such as Marconi, Merck, Toshiba, Jansen-Cilag, ESAB, Grace Construction as well as various film production companies. The purpose of the acquisition is to strengthen the Cordovan Group’s digital capabilities and its ability to provide, amongst other things, user generated content sites such as social networking platforms and interactive solutions for larger events and exhibitions.
The total number of employees in London will be eighteen and the management structure will see David Paul become the newly appointed Chairman of the new Cordovan Ltd, Richard Lucas, the Managing Director and Brendan Mitchell, Creative Director.
Whilst digital media marketing channels continue to grow vigorously, the traditional differences between different media will fade. This opens up new opportunities for an active dialogue between clients, partners and co-workers.
