Movie-Minutes is an exciting new incentive product for UK call centres launched by Archer Young, the performance improvement and motivation agency. The concept is based on rewarding staff for successful time on the phone to customers with time at the cinema, capitalising on the broad appeal of film and the strength of Hollywood’s marketing.
