Kinetic, the leading out-of-home media agency is restructuring its business in the UK in a move that reflects the changing and dynamic nature of the out-of-home market and the company’s continued growth.
Three distinct new planning divisions will be created, each under the stewardship of a Director.
James Copley, currently Client Development Director, will lead all Kinetic’s direct client business. Nicole Lonsdale, currently Group Account Director for Kinetic’s Mindshare clients, will now direct all business from non-WPP agencies, while Gideon Adey, currently Group Account Director, is to lead all Group M business. All will report directly to Paul Shearring, CEO of Kinetic in the UK.
Paul Shearring commented: “The market is constantly changing. Since the launch of Kinetic two years ago, the business has performed exceptionally well. These changes are about evolving the business so that it can continue to perform at its best. We have a highly talented management team and this new structure will enable them to continue to deliver the best for our clients.”
The move follows a number of board level changes in March which included the promotion of Paul Shearring, previously Managing Director UK, to the new role of CEO for the UK, following substantial UK and international business growth.
