OMD UK announces today the appointment of Tim Denyer to the newly created role of Digital Development Director.
Tim joins from 1000 heads, a word of mouth agency, where he held the role of Group Development Director. He is an experienced marketing communications practitioner having spent his formative years at Rees Bradley Hepburn before moving to WDMP and Ingenuity ABM.
Tim will work within the Digital Leadership team at OMD UK, with a remit to help evolve and deliver the Agency’s proposition around earned and owned media.
He will help identify and develop new opportunities for clients within the owned/earned space, and, working with the client teams, will play a key role in developing the associated strategies and plans to help deliver those projects. He will report into Will Smyth, Head of Digital at OMD UK.
Smyth said: “Tim has a great ability to think differently about communicating with and influencing potential customers. He sees through the hype with great insight to deliver strategic ideas which are genuinely different.” He joined OMD UK on July 11.
