Maximiles Services (the loyalty division of Maximiles UK) has appointed leading loyalty expert, Mark Spicer, as Head of Loyalty to spearhead its expansion in the loyalty sector.
Mark has a strong background in loyalty marketing and has been involved in the industry since 1993. He also has extensive global knowledge of the sector, having spent six years working for Grass Roots in the UK and Dubai, returning to the UK six months ago.
Previously, Mark had been Marketing Manager at Marriott Hotels, initiating and driving the hotel chain’s gift voucher programme. Although Maximiles Services is responsible for creating a number of thriving loyalty campaigns in the UK, including the hugely successful AOL loyalty scheme, Maximiles UK is probably best known for its online shopping portal, Maximiles.co.uk, which operates an impressive partnership network allowing members to collect and redeem rewards at strategic sites across the Internet.
Maximiles Services is poised to expand its market share in the loyalty sector by updating and creating loyalty schemes for major online and offline retailers, service providers and membership organisations, by engaging customers and driving bottom line profits.
