CIMTIG plans to honour the ‘Travel Brand of the Decade’ with a special ‘one off’ award at the Travel Marketing Awards on 24 March. Should your brand be considered for this special accolade?
If so, please let us know by Friday 18 February. The decade in question is 2001-2010. The winning brand does not need to be a new one in this decade, but it should have made an indelible mark during this period.
The judging panel will assess the following criteria. Applicants will be invited to complete a short submission addressing these key points by Friday 25 February. Quality – Does the brand represent quality products and/or services? Does it have longevity? Reputation – How is the brand perceived by travel trade and/or consumers? Leadership – Is the brand a market leader in its sector? Does it lead in innovation? Distinction – How is the brand differentiated from competitors? Is it unique in its marketplace? Entry for this special award is FREE.
