Newly launched affluent ad network Affluent Digital Media (ADM) has appointed Dolly Thornton as its UK sales manager.
Thornton joins the company from PR Newswire and has a remit to make ADM the UK’s dominant affluent ad network as agencies look to target the hard-to-reach premium market on behalf of their luxury brand clients. Thornton previously spent a number of years at Haymarket selling online advertising so has a thorough understanding of the UK publishing market and a broad range of connections within UK agencies.
ADM’s launch at the end of January means those agencies are now able to target a specific audience of high earners in one media buy instead of going to a specific site direct, something that will offer significantly improved ROI.
“Reaching affluent consumers cost-effectively has always been a challenge for agencies but ADM makes it incredibly easy for them,” said Dolly Thornton, ADM. “We’ve built a powerful ad network with more than 100 premium lifestyle sites and I’m really excited at the prospect of bringing ADM to the attention of the UK’s agencies and luxury brand advertisers.”
ADM is part of the TDP Media Group, which also owns The Digital Partnership (TDP), the UK’s largest b2b ad network. The ADM network uses the same data-driven targeting technology as TDP and that, combined with ADM’s premium lifestyle sites mean it can target a specific affluent audience for an advertiser’s campaigns. ADM’s portfolio of invitation-only premium sites encompass both lifestyle and professional titles, and include some of the most prominent high end sites such as Square Mile and Polo Times.
