The deal makes Acxiom a key strategic and global marketing partner to Sony Ericsson. The engagement underpins a business-wide strategy, putting the consumer at the heart of Sony Ericsson’s business model. As a global partner, Acxiom enables Sony Ericsson to understand and communicate with its consumers more effectively than ever before to deepen brand affinity and drive business.
The Acxiom engagement includes business culture change, marketing strategy, data cleansing and enhancement, implementation services and marketing operations, to provide outsourced support to Sony Ericsson and deliver consumer communications campaigns.
