The Institute of Direct Marketing is pleased to announce the appointment of more senior marketers to its business to business advisory Council for 2011.
The IDM B2B Council welcomes Pete Jakob, Marketing Transformation Leader, IBM UK & Ireland; Andrew Buckley, VP Marketing & Strategy, American Express, Richard Perry, COO of GyroHSR, holder of multiple best-in-class B2B agency awards and Chris Wilson, Chair of the Association of Business to Business Agencies (ABBA) and MD of B2B agency Earnest.
They join a 17-member strong Council of leading B2B practitioners whose role is to help shape the IDM’s B2B training, qualifications and events portfolio and to share and promote B2B best practice throughout the profession.

Current Council initiatives include the annual IDM B2B Marketing Conference which takes place in central London on 18 May 2011 and the 4th wave of the bi-annual B2B Barometer survey is now underway.
