The MAA has introduced a new member service, the Agency MOT, in an ongoing effort to provide the best professional consultancy and support for its’ member agencies.
The MAA MOT helps agencies identify their areas of strengths and weaknesses and works with internal teams to address key issues, looks at how members currently utilise the MAA and its services, and works with the agency to put in place plans for improvement.
This free membership service identifies key areas for agency development. Areas assessed include account, process, financial and agency management, client and employee engagement, new business processes, planning and creativity.
The wheel is initially completed by senior members of the agency team who then work with the MAA to discuss potential solutions, areas of focus, agreed actions and next steps.

Increasing financial pressures and client demands often mean agencies don't spend enough time looking internally, which is why we have initiated the MAA MOT in order to provide agencies with the consultancy and external perspectives needed to drive their business in the right direction.”
