Global boutique research agency Hall & Partners has launched its pioneering Shopper Insights and Shopper Engager(tm), headed up by industry expert Vanessa Hartnoll.
Building on its reputation for new thinking and innovative ways to evaluate brand and communications engagement, Hall & Partners’ Shopper Insights and Shopper Engager will help product services and retail brand clients evaluate shopper marketing across the whole customer journey, and develop profit-driving shopper strategies.
Industry veteran Vanessa Hartnoll has been appointed Global Head of Shopper Insights at Hall & Partners to lead the shopper initiatives.
Based in New York but with a global remit to build a shopper insight practice, Vanessa will leverage her retail trends and strategy expertise to develop effective shopper programs, translating insights into strategies that drive conversion and sales.
