Integrated agency Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw has announced the winners of its third annual photographic competition, which is in aid of the charity Teenage Cancer Trust.
The list of 58 finalists included Miguel Fonseca, Managing Director of Toyota, Waitrose marketers Lindsay Edge and Ashley Workman, and Patrick Mills, the IPA’s Director of Professional Development.
The winning images were revealed at an exhibition and awards show held at Kitcatt Nohr’s offices in Clerkenwell on Wednesday 14th July. Around 200 guests came to the event and enjoyed drinks, music, and food by Waitrose (one of Kitcatt Nohr’s clients).
The event’s sponsor was Jigsaw Graphics. All 58 shortlisted images were on display and available to purchase on the night, with all proceeds going to Teenage Cancer Trust, a charity chosen by last year’s Best in Show winner, Leif Michelsen from Kitcatt Nohr.
Teenage Cancer Trust’s Regional Appeals Manager for East Anglia and London, Helen Bearfield-Smith, was present at the exhibition and spoke to attendees about the charity’s work which helps young people in the UK fight cancer.
Kitcatt Nohr received around 800 entries to the competition, which is open to staff, clients, suppliers and friends of the agency. The competition aims to demonstrate that creativity can come from anywhere, not just the agency creative department.
The finalists and winners were chosen by a panel of high-profile judges from the worlds of marketing and photography, including Dave Buonaguidi, Creative Partner at Karmarama, Suki Thompson, Managing Partner at intermediary Oystercatchers and photographer Paddy Eckersley.
