dhc, provider of integrated software solutions and its partner Trovus, supplier of website intelligence, today announce that they have written a seamless integration between Microsoft DynamicsTM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the Trovus Dashboard.
The integration links information gathered by Trovus, such as profiles of organisations visiting a website, to the relevant records in the Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM database and vice versa, enabling users to take marketing activity to the next level and support advanced targeting and customer profiling.
The integration enables Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM users to generate real added value from the data that is provided by the powerful Trovus Dashboard.
The browsing profile of a company visiting a website is linked to corresponding records within the CRM database, which can be viewed in either application. The resulting valuable customer profiling information can be used to generate increased revenue or to develop more strategic marketing activity.
‘We have worked closely with Trovus for the past three years to help us with our own sales and marketing efforts and it has always been an integral part of our processes, however we have always had to update the CRM database with the browsing history,” comments Director of dhc, Matt Garman.

How it works Within Trovus Dashboard, users can launch the record corresponding with a particular customer within Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM; conversely, the company profile and history can also be viewed from with Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM.
The full browsing profile is displayed together with user history and the search terms that were used in a search engine (such as Google) within an Internet browser. New visitors to an organisation’s website are listed on Trovus Dashboard together with the number of visits and visitors
A comprehensive browsing analysis is provided within Trovus Dashboard and the user can add records – coupled with all related company data (delivered by business information provider OneSource) – to the CRM database with the click of a button. Duplicates are avoided due to the logic written in by dhc, so that only unique leads are added to the system.
The integration tool is available now from dhc and Trovus now, for users of Microsoft DynamicsTM CRM.
