London-based digital agency, I Spy Marketing, has secured a new contract with the Austin Reed Group, for the company’s three fashion retail brands: Austin Reed, Country Casuals and Viyella.
The agency’s set to enhance natural search visibility for each company’s website, and take on responsibility for increasing conversion optimisation.
I Spy will also be looking after a blog partner programme, specifically for the Austin Reed site. Nick Jones, I Spy’s managing director said: “The Austin Reed Group’s brands are well-established fixtures on the British High Street. As online sales become an increasingly profitable revenue stream, driving customer engagement and being able to quantify ROI in this competitive space is a necessity.”
Phil Raynor, head of e-commerce, Austin Reed said: “We take a forensic, flexible and innovative approach to online strategy. This is where I Spy has proved itself repeatedly; even in these early stages.” This follows the recent news that I Spy has been appointed by Teletext Holidays to manage its social networking sites and blog.
