Multi-disciplined marketing communications agency Arc UK has appointed Darren Keen as its new Board Level Client Services Director to support the agency’s continuing dynamic growth.
He will have particular responsibility for Procter & Gamble, Diageo, and Kraft, whilst building on Arc’s quality and client management processes.
Andrew Edwards, Arc’s chairman says: “Darren has a powerful track record, and he will add significantly to the expertise of the senior management at Arc. 2007 is shaping up to being our best ever year, and I’m sure Darren will be a key player in that success”.
He joins ARC UK from The Marketing Store where he worked as UK Business Development Director and was responsible for the development of new business strategy. He worked on clients including McDonald’s, Unilever and Warner Bros. He joined The Marketing Store 3 years ago as Client Services Director.
Prior to that, Darren was Associate Director for Ignito, and before that director of promotional & experiential Marketing for Brand Events. Previously he spent three years as Promotional Marketing Director for Saatchi & Saatchi. Whilst working at Saatchi & Saatchi, Darren passed with merit the IDM Diploma in Direct & Interactive Marketing.
After graduating with a Post Graduate Diploma in Administrative Management in 1992, Darren began his career as Account Director for BBP where he stayed 4 years. He then worked, for Rank Entertainment as Marketing & Promotions Manager before becoming Group Account Director at RPMC.
Darren serves as a judge for the ISP & MCCA awards.
