EHS Brann Group has announced the appointment of David Williams as managing director of EHS Brann Cirencester, with immediate effect.
The appointment follows the departure of Alison Hamer, who has not returned to the role following a period of maternity leave beginning in January last year, during which Williams was acting managing director.
Williams joined EHS Brann Cirencester 14 years ago from Thorn EMI, where he performed a number of roles including marketing manager for the Radio Rentals brand.
Williams completed an MBA in Business three years ago at Bath University, where he finished first in his year while still working at EHS Brann Cirencester.
Mike Spicer, group managing director, EHS Brann comments, “We are delighted and extremely fortunate to be able to appoint David to the position of managing director.
”David has performed above and beyond expectations during his tenure, and has clearly proven himself to be a natural fit for the role. The agency has seen a series of successes under David’s guardianship so far and we all look forward to many more in the months to come.
He added, “It is always sad to see someone with Alison’s talent leave a business and I would like to thank her for her dedicated and expert leadership of the Cirencester business and wish her all the best in the future.”
