Purple, the UK's leading creative sector recruitment consultancy, is set to introduce what is believed to be the first of its kind - a scheme to reward clients for referring Purple's recruitment services.
Should the referral result in the placement of a permanent role, Purple will pay £250 towards its placement fee as well as £250 to the referee.
Purple, which has built a reputation for its marketing initiatives, has had in place a successful 'refer a friend' scheme for some time. It has been the highest-paying scheme of its kind offering candidates up to £1,500 for a referral that leads to a permanent placement.
Toby Thwaites, Director at Purple said: "We believe in investing in client service and keeping our levels of service as high as they can be - this initiative is an extension of that belief. Our clients are generally loyal to us anyway but we think it is fair to recognise and reward that loyalty."
The launch of Purple Payback is being supported by a marketing push created by Leeds-based integrated communications agency, Turn Key. This includes printed materials and online promotion to complement a targeted e-mail marketing campaign to Purple's database of successful UK agencies.
