Today sees the launch of Exova, the new name and identity of Bodycote Testing Group created by Appetite, the leading brand, communications and design agency.
Exova is one of the most respected testing services companies in the world. Working in sectors from aerospace to automotives, pharmaceuticals to polymers, the company works in most regions throughout the world.
The new identity was prompted by the acquisition of Bodycote Testing Group, by the global private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier and Rice (CD&R) in October 2008.
Appetite was appointed in December 2008 to lead a full creative rebrand, including name creation, to reflect the company’s new direction, vision and values. Alongside the new name, Appetite has also been integral in creating the brand proposition, communications materials –traditional and digital and environmental applications.
Using the strapline, ‘Testing, Advising and Assuring’, the new brand will be rolled out across 25 countries and implemented across all applications with the cooperation of 130 local offices and their local agencies – to be completed by October 2009.
