Tiscali, the broadband, telephone and media company, today announces a new partnership with Yell.com, the online business directory from Yellow Pages. The deal will see Yell.com take the position of integrated local business listings search provider on the tiscali.co.uk portal.
Tiscali users will now be able to search through Yell.com’s database of around 2.3 million classified listings of local UK businesses and services, including 217,000 searchable advertisers, without needing to leave the Tiscali portal. The Yell.com service is also integrated into the search module at the top of all pages on the portal under the ‘local services’ tab and a direct link at the footer of all web search results pages.
For Yell.com advertisers, the partnership represents an opportunity to have access to Tiscali’s unique user base of 6.7 million at no extra cost, widening their consumer audience and the opportunity for attracting additional business leads.
