Webcredible, the user experience consultancy, has worked with leading UK health charity, Nuffield Health to carry out a usability testing project on its new website. Part of Nuffield Health’s recent re-brand, the new site was designed to cater for users of all services offered by the charity.
Webcredible’s in-depth usability testing consisted of 20 users attempting to access specific information and perform various tasks on the Nuffield Health site. The results of the testing were then analysed to establish the new site’s ease of use, effectiveness and efficiency with recommendations made, based on this analysis.
Webcredible was chosen for this project based on the success of previous eye tracking and home page design work with Nuffield Health last year.
Nuffield Health recently re-branded following the purchase of Cannon’s Gyms and the evolution of Nuffield Hospitals, Nuffield Diagnostics, Nuffield Proactive Health and Vanguard Healthcare Solutions. As Nuffield Health, it has brought together its hospitals, clinics, health clubs, mobile theatres, diagnostic services and wide range of treatments into one complete healthcare service. Webcredible’s usability testing was designed to ensure that the new website offered the best possible user experience to customers and users of all Nuffield Health’s products and services.
