Recently Facebook had the force of social media action directed against itself with ‘1,000,000 MILLION PEOPLE AGAINST THE NEW FACEBOOK LAYOUT.’ Apparently a million people isn’t enough people for an angry mob these days, well not when they are debating serious issues like Facebook, so the group ‘I bet I can find 5,000,000 people that hate the new Facebook’ was formed.
Imagine if a substantial fraction of that six million people were paying your brand the same attention.
