The ‘Give a Few Bob’ campaign created by leading integrated marketing agency, The Communications Agency (TCA), to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation has scooped two Globes at The Marketing Agencies Association (MAA) Worldwide Awards in Toronto.
The campaign, which quite literally brought Bob Monkhouse back to life, triumphed in the Best Use of Direct Marketing in a Promotion and Best Charity Marketing Campaign categories. These latest wins follow a succession of 20 industry awards including two Gold DMA Awards, four MCCA Best Awards and a Gold at The Cannes Lions Award for Best Integrated Campaign as well as category wins in Precision Marketing Awards, Marketing Week Effectiveness and Marketing Society Awards for Excellence.
Robert Prevezer, Executive Chairman, of TCA commented, “We are absolutely thrilled at the international recognition this campaign has received."
The MAA champions the highest standards of excellence and recognition in the marketing communications industry via the highly successful Globes Awards. The programme, established in 1985, is the industry’s leading international recognition programme for the world’s most outstanding marketing campaigns and is the only competition of its kind.
