ITV has announced that it has selected TV Genius (tvgenius.net) to provide its ad targeting engine, for users of its online TV guide.
The ITV.com TV guide, which already uses TV Genius’ TV listings platform, provides comprehensive programme schedules, listing details of all terrestrial, Freeview and satellite programmes. Users can personalise listings according to their favourite programmes and request reminders by email and SMS. TV Genius will integrate with ITV.com’s advertising platform to dynamically serve ads into the page based on user behaviour and programme preferences.
