Badenoch & Clark has carried out extensive research in the market sectors in which it operates, to gain a valuable insight into candidates and clients expectations of a recruitment partner. Using this as a basis, Woo Communications has created a campaign that will set apart Badenoch & Clark from its competitors.
The creative, which is planned to be executed May through to November will include online and press advertising plus 6 sheets in key tube stations.
By focusing on its ability to truly understand the needs and ambitions of clients and candidates alike, Badenoch & Clark aims to replace the historic stereotypes that have plagued the recruitment sector with the perception of being a long term business and career partner.
Olly Raeburn, Strategy Partner at Woo said: “This campaign is the first step for Badenoch & Clark in communicating their new positioning to the wider market. They truly offer more of a partnership throughout the recruitment process and we are confident that we will see high response rates following the activity”.
Andy Powell, Marketing Director at Badenoch & Clark added: “The recruitment market is pretty commoditised and we’re in no doubt that our approach, the way we work and the way we support our candidates and clients sets us apart from our competitors. Woo have helped us articulate this difference through the campaign and we look forward to seeing the results”.
