Marketing agency, 2Cs Communications, has created the launch and sales collateral for The Malkai, an exclusive golf and country club in Oman.
2Cs created the design concept “the ultimate in bespoke luxury”. This concept was then brought to life in the form of a fabulous launch book that will be given to key opinion formers and influencers; launch film; multimedia sales tool; sales brochure; website; Computer Generated Images (CGIs) of the new development; corporate stationery; and advertising creative to run internationally.
The Malkai is an exclusive development located in Barka, Oman, which will rank amongst some of the best and most exclusive destinations in the world.
The development, scheduled to be completed by end-2010, is being developed by Al Maeen Real Estate Services with an investment of around $250 million and managed by GHM Hotels, who offer some of the best luxury resort, hotel, spa and villa experiences in the world.
Designed as an exclusive community, the development will comprise of 101 four-bedroom villas and 92 two-bedroom suites, as well as a boutique hotel offering 41 luxury suites.
At the heart of the development is a world-class nine hole golf course - the first ever in Oman designed by renowned golf course architects, Gary Player Design. The development aims to attract investors from around the globe with a focus on markets in the Middle East and Northern Europe.
Following a competitive pitch, 2Cs was commissioned to undertake the marketing for The Malkai by international property consultants Cluttons LLP.
The brief was to create something that would tempt the person that has everything. In response 2Cs designed a hand-finished, leather-bound coffee table book, presented in a leather and satin case.
The 80 page book seduces the potential investor with a taste of the lifestyle they can expect at The Malkai. It includes stunning location photography that captures the special culture and beauty of Oman.
Whilst additional photography, including interior design examples, along with CGIs of the properties, gives investors a sense of the luxury and craftsmanship of the development. French-folded spreads separating each section within the book feature an intricate Arabic screen that will appear in the actual architecture.
In addition 2Cs has created a film that builds on the theme of the launch book, showing prospective buyers a sample of The Malkai’s luxury and the beauty of Oman. An html website has been developed to take in to account the regions varying bandwidth.
Whilst an invaluable multimedia sales tool has been designed for the Cluttons team. This incorporates a web-based update system that allows them to change every multimedia presentation automatically as properties are reserved.
